My laziness to exercise results in a life of forever dieting. Here’s a collection of recipes I’ve acquired through the years for low-calorie meals. I love some of these so much that I’ll eat it regardless of whether or not I’m on a diet. It’s much easier to stick to a diet if you actually like the foods you eat – that’s my motto anyway.
Some of these recipes are more moderate in calories than low, but I’ve included them in here because they’re decently healthy and filling, which I also think is important to consider in a diet.
