Maple Salmon

So easy and fast!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (or 1/8 tsp garlic powder + 1/3 tsp salt)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound (500kg) salmon

Directions:

  1. In a medium size bowl, mix together all the ingredients except for the salmon.
  2. Place the salmon in the bowl, cover and marinate in refrigerator for 20mins, turning once.
  3. Preheat oven to 200˚C (400F).
  4. Bake salmon in oven, uncovered for ~20mins, or until easily flaked with a fork.

Notes:

  • Bake with skin side down!
