Always a hit at every party!
- 3 hass avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 diced red onion
- 2 tomatoes, diced (onion and tomatoes in equal amounts)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)
- Peel, pit and mash the avocados (I find it easiest to mash with the tip of a whisk)
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Taste and adjust as needed.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving (or longer).
