Always a hit at every party!


  • 3 hass avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 diced red onion
  • 2 tomatoes, diced (onion and tomatoes in equal amounts)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)


  1. Peel, pit and mash the avocados (I find it easiest to mash with the tip of a whisk)
  2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Taste and adjust as needed.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving (or longer).
